They’ve installed parts of the ceiling in the lobby, looks good. Also looks like they’ve installed some paneling in lobby.

Interesting, that looks like an older render, the window grid spacing is much wider and there is a striped texture to the metalwork frame.

The canopy on that option looks better than the iteration that was chosen though, its more integrated with the form and structure of the base.
