Great photos!! Sure is rising fast! Hopefully we’ll get some cladding before the end of the year! By this time in 2023, it’ll likely be 2/3 completed! Can’t wait to see this in person :grin:

Yeah, they’ve been building out the secondary structure for the base cladding for a few months and it really goes to show the “size” and high visibility that the trim will be.

„… and the rising 1,388-foot-tall steel-framed superstructure of JPMorgan Chase’s new headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, which Lord Norman Foster also designed for Tishman Speyer. It is expected to be finished by 2025. Construction will likely approach the halfway mark sometime this winter.“

As @bkhights said that Google Earth updated their models to recent imagery. Brooklyn Tower and a nearly complete Hudson Yards is featured, looks to be dated around July
