Reading that cityrealty article, I sense a bit of anti-development sentiment from that author. I am shocked because cityrealty used to be very pro-development.

The 125th street corridor should be one of Harlem’s main business districts and probably its downtown. Plenty of single story buildings that should be demolished and built up. That’ll take some pressure off the brownstone and historic apartment blocks, which should be renovated and protected.
