The ‘raw concrete’ facade looks very urban edgy - nice design concept. However, the finished product does not look as finished/refined as it appears in the renderings. I don’t think potential buyers are discerning enough to notice the job was poorly executed; so all is good enough. Maybe that is exactly the ‘look’ they were going for: I prefer the more even textured surface shown in the renderings.
