same as how it has been blocked for 10 years. A plaintiff friendly judge (or in this case, panel) ordering work to halt so that information can be collected and fallacious arguments be presented for issue after issue brought before the court.

This one was dissapointing to see, so I wouldnt mind a lull if it means it could come back with a different look again. But overall, the amount of projects stalling out, unfinished, or not even getting off the drawing board downtown is a little concerning.

Agreed. FiDi has seriously struggled with stalled out projects despite (in my opinion) all of the potential and history associated with the neighborhood. Seaport should especially be a hotbed for development
