Very nice. Simple, refined, interesting form factor with varied set-backs: and NO crappy clipped on metal/glass panels on the facade. This proves that one can make an ‘artful’ looking building without having to do a Frank Gehry morphed form masterpiece: those are great too - but a different class altogether. AIA should have a ‘very nice’ award for Architects; if it did, this type of building would win every time.
