Wasn’t a big fan of the tower design, but after seeing those u/c shots, this thing is quite dominating and it looks worth waiting for. Could be the rendering doesn’t do justice to the final product. The rendering kinda makes it look like it cantilevers slightly, but it could be an illusion due to the tapering. Although one thing that is common lately with development on the West Side are cantilevers. West End or Riverside Center for example.
