This building is starting to appear on cam and will be visible going forward. It appears to be taller than the 7 train track.
Also 270 Park is putting in some more vertical beams today.

Unable to post in the main thread for 23-02 42nd Road since I posted 3x in a row but this camera on YouTube was offline for two months and is back up. The building now blocks views of 57th street.
You can see 270 Park’s progress too.

I like how this building now creates a focal point for the foreground while having the Midtown skyline in the background, creating a dense of depth to the city

Are the first facade elements currently being installed in this project? sorry that I have to write this off, otherwise I would have asked you the question in the official topic

I haven’t been there in a few weeks so I’m unsure. The camera angle is a few floors off the ground so it’s possible facade started on the lower levels. Might be able to squint and discern from the midtown EarthCam when it clears the 7 train.
