This one has slowed a ton vertically, though it looks like they may be getting ready to install facade on lower floors. Surprised we haven’t gotten a rendering yet.
I believe this has topped out. Will post a few pics tomorrow.
Based on that cardboard cutout posted above this might have one more mechanical floor to go.

Facade work seemed to be put on pause for a while, but they’re now full steam ahead. Windows/brick are fully visible on the first floor and they’re now working on the second floor. I’ll snap a pic when it isn’t so cloudy.
