I hope so, it’s just odd they used a notch in the drawing like 3 and 4 have, while 7 has no different corners to it, it’s a flat design on that matter.

Well we know that it will “eventually” get built. That’s almost a 100% guarantee. But when it’ll happen is up in the air. Could be 2 years from now, could be 2 decades from now.
It will almost assuredly not be two more decades.
Larry has a tenant on the hook, that I am confident. Just crossing the Ts and dotting the Is.
