Not just that — the photo cut-outs of 3WTC and the trees in front of it are identical between the two! Makes me wonder if all the preliminary renderings we’ve seen so far are by TMRW Studio (apart from the one that’s been consistently attributed to VisualHouse). TMRW does a lot of work with Gensler, who seem to be in charge of the interior design for this project.
