I used to live down the street from this building. A great addition to the neighborhood.
Yes looks great.
I noticed those few odd lot-line windows in the above photo by JC Heights.
Here is a photo of one of those very same windows looking from the inside-out. You can see that red brick building next door to confirm the window location.
I recently had the opportunity to tour the inside of the building while the interior buildout is being completed.
They are now doing the interior buildout and most of the units are complete, and some apartment are move-in ready.
Interesting photo vantage points here….

Great photo - thanks.
I now see those large bulbous sheet metal panels on the facade in a different light - having learned they are all hollow. Those curved facade panels that run horizontally along the floor/ceiling plates are particularly cheep looking. I did like the look until I found out they were not solid metal - they all made of thin sheet metal similar to a hollow tube.
It now seems flimsy looking to me; and sort of kills the overall aesthetic. I have come full circle on my opinion on this one.
However, the interiors are quite attractive; and when all is said and done - that is what matters most to prospective buyers of these condo apartments.
*These are a couple of photos of the recently completed lobby. There is also a photo of the view looking out from the interior of one of the newly occupied apartments. *
I find the interior design to be quite nice; but the Architectural design of the building - not so much.
