Great find rbrome. But according to those schematics, this will only be 574 ft? Is that right?
This is from the zoning docs, which are old enough to be from when this was going to be a 49-story tower. It seems to have been bumped to 63 since then, but as far as I can tell, the zoning stuff still applies without changes. It’s possible they removed the cantilever when they bumped the height, but I sort of doubt it.
