I know this is such a small thing to be upset about but I wish it were taller than Central Park Tower
. It’s only a 5 foot difference.
I’m not sure if we know for certain what the exact height of the latest “95-story” iteration is (unless I missed it). They may just be reiterating an older figure
For what it’s worth - RXR / TFC currently out in the market to raise equity for the pre-development phase and they’re quoting in offering materials a total building height of 1,575’ - Highest occupied floor at 1,219’ (Hotel)
You mean 1,519’…right?
I wish… Will say though that their programming seems highly iterative as part of the ongoing predev work and filings with the city. It’s possible the materials they’re using for the raise are not up to date
I’m a tad lost. Their programming says 1219 but the permit filed with the city says 1519 for highest occupied floor?
I’m reading it as the 1,219 is where the hotel space begins, meaning the bottom floor. If you compare it to the tip of the Chrysler building that would make sense. Granted, this image may not be in scale so we will just have to wait and see unfortunately.
100 floors…
95 floors…
Entirely possible, and would also be inclined to believe the filings with 1,519 as highest occupied since these materials were put together Q4 2025
Ur right, the floor of the last hotel floor is 1372ft above ground (if this diagram is taken at scale with a total height of 1575ft).
That would make it just above the 110th floor of the twin towers.
Oh wow. One WTC only has 40 floors??
Easily the worst of those renders; that base is crazy out of scale too. Its an OK graphic until you look at the details; the inconsistency in the profile axis annoys me.
Why show 2 Manhattan West & The Spiral in their narrow N-S profile when all the others show their wide profile? Its not even organized geographically. 2 Manhattan West doesn’t show the bulge reflecting the 18-20th floors are the largest.
