NEW YORK | 175 Park Avenue (Grand Hyatt) | ~1,646 FT | 95 FLOORS

They could always double PanAm’s height like that crazy AECOM pitch a decade ago.

It’s possible, but only because construction would be simultaneously occurring on the foundations while the current building is being demolished. Also sans any delays.

Wasn’t it the year 1664 that’s more important?

This is progress we have begged for since mid pandemic times, yet before the pandemic this progress seems somewhat normal in previous observations. Yet I oppose 175 Park, this whole progress is still greatly pleasing

‘646’ is one of Manhattan’s area codes

Juist

This will help me get over 2WTC if true. I’ve wanted a pair of tall buildings next to each other ever since the Twins went down. The new kings (brothers) of office space will be 1VB and 175 Park. And 270 Park is just around the corner.

Edit: I realize 2WTC is over 1200 feet but I’m greedy.

Does anyone know, from this point will the building block CPT or be to the left of it?

Just noticed Google updated the floor count of the tower, I’m guessing the source is Wikipedia
