NEW YORK | 175 Park Avenue (Grand Hyatt) | 1,580 FT | 83 FLOORS

Yes. It looks like a rough copy & paste job without regard for getting the perspective adjusted to fit this rendering of the skyline. (I figured everyone on this forum would notice that in half a second like I did.)

sorry i misunderstood what you were referring to. lol

I for one am super duper grateful for the nice and quite polished rendering made by our own forumer, @ThreeWentDown, and can’t wait to see more please!!

Anyone who thinks they can do better, please go right ahead and post it, otherwise :zipper_mouth_face:

No worries. I actually appreciate that you were trying to keep a potentially crazy person from spreading craziness. :star_struck:

Alright, maybe I was a little harsh. Everything else about the render looks perfect. In fact, that’s why I was critical of it… I assumed it was from the architecture firm.

What a brilliant render! And 270 Park looks spot on to me - ignore that nonsense.

It really shows how much the Park Ave corridor will change over the coming years… can’t wait!

Please keep them coming Xing!

Well, no, 270 Park doesn’t look spot on. But the render looks great otherwise.

Wait so is this tower happening or no?

If built, it could transform New York.

I wonder if this design has gotten shorter or the floor area was redistributed, this render only shows 3 floors above the end of the curved base column culmination, but other renders and the model typically show 5 or 6 floors, relative to the updated design and not the original one.

SOM site says the height is 1,545 feet rather than 1,580. Probably can’t read too much into that, but maybe related.
