not very contextual, but I can’t say it’s looking bad at this point.

I like it. I look forward to when the black granite is added to those vertical portions that are now exposed concrete.

This area was a dump not long ago. Now it’s pretty nice.

This building was literally 30 meters from our hotel back in December, and it really confused me, the renders on depicted a much taller tower that what was currently U/C, and without there being a tower crane I thought it had topped out which caused such confusion!

Does anyone have any idea as to how this is being constructed? Most 50-100 ft tall buildings have tower cranes, yet this 500 footer doesn’t? Interesting!

This has basically topped out I think.

Nice sleak, simple yet gorgeous with graceful leading lines which enhance the verticality of the towers whilst helping to break up the glass, lovely! :smiley:

This ad appears in the March 27th NYT. The add depicts the area separating the floors as whitish. In fact, it’s green.
