Trust me, the Coney Island skyline is happening slowly. And I’m sure it’ll be rezoned even further. And the NIMBY residents will go crazy. Oh well.

It’s abt time Coney Island has its fair share of development. For a waterfront neighborhood within the biggest city in the world, it should be rivaling Miami in a sense. Unfortunately with all of the housing projects, that dream is kind of ruined, but it may very much be possible one day…

Let’s see what hurricane season brings before we wish for that

Well, hopefully they will be demolished and replaced: in other parts of the city is happening, therefore… anyway, that building isn’t bad, but Coney needs something “flashier”.

Its inconvenience is the big drawback.

Hopefully that corner lot gets redeveloped in the near future. Surf avenue is getting less gritty with all the newer constructions
