Looks like it’s 1945 all over again!

It actually is possible. This building is just a copy/paste of the Marriott ‘Towneplace’ on 28th street. They are both Kaufmans, are 173,000 square feet each, have the same window arrangement, same roof mechanicals, and likely share identical plumbing/elevator/wiring guts.
The ground floors of both buildings even have the same number of columns.

This one has a limestone skin at least; the other one has bare concrete sides, and the type of quote-un-quote “metal” facade on front and back that is just aluminum faced plastic trash.
