that article on cityrealty is wrong cause its about 1045 madison designed by pennoyer - but on construction pics you can see 1230 madison …

Another architectural wedding cake by RAM; not original, not contemporary design but highly decorative and a feast for the eye - beautiful.
I particularly like the idea of ‘punch windows’ which are always good for creating ‘cozy’ and ‘quiet’ interior apartments, and always part of the traditional design vernacular.
Artful, and inventive contemporary design is still my idea of the absolute best type of Architecture one can do; and that is purely in the realm of ‘opinion’ and personal preference - RAM is brilliant at what-they-do.

Very nice looking interior.
One of the few truly ‘tasteful’ interiors I have seen staged in one of these new condo apartments. I would edit-out the ‘Hershey Kiss’ end tables, and the large ‘Grecian Vase’ on each of the pedestals in the back of the room.
They are to be credited for being equally tasteful in both the design of the Architecture, as well as the interior design.
