Awesome! Lower Manhattan deserves another skyscraper
Just thinking about it, we haven’t seen a tower rise in the Lower Manhattan skyline since 2018. Like I said, deserved
I’m honestly disappointed with what happened to supertalls in downtown, especially the financial district, recently there was 80 South Street which has been stuck for decades, 2WTC is taking forever for anything and 45 broad got downsized.
It reflects a changing economy.
They must have run out of money or materials or patience or something.

Still haven’t seen any work here lately. Shame how many FiDi projects stall out compared to everywhere else in Manhattan.
As hard as they try they can’t wish this is a popular place to buy.
