wow I really like the design! Also it seems that Paramount is doing a lot of investing into property. In Dubai they have two brand new supertall resorts! Thanks for posting this! It looks good! 
Due to land-swap issues with the new Mayor, this tower is currently on-hold, but meanwhile, the developer, Tony Giarratana, a major fixture in Nashville skyscraper construction, is moving forward with a new tower a few blocks away.

Does anyone here know if this building will have an observation deck open to the public on the top floor? I thibk one would be a great idea as Nashville currently has no building with an observation deck on top and this will be the tallest building in the city.
No, this is a residential building. It’s already been stated that the 4 crown levels will be occupied by the penthouse residences.

There are a few skyscrapers with observation decks open to the public on their top floors despite being otherwise purely residential. Examples include the Eureka Tower in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, the Sapphire Tower in Istanbul, the Q1 in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, the Zalmhaventoren in Rotterdam, and the Palm Tower in Dubai. The Karlatornet in Gothenburg is also being built with an observation deck open to the public on it’s top floor despite being otherwise purely residential. This is why 1010 Church Street should have had an observation deck on the top floor included in the design.
