Barbara Salk’s firm unveils ION East Edgewater details
Barbara Salk and Stephen Kornfeld’s Sakor Development unveiled the details of the company’s planned ION East Edgewater condo project. Sakor hopes to start construction of the 330-unit development at 2701 Biscayne Boulevard during the fourth quarter of 2014, according to a written announcement released by a project spokesperson on Monday. Arquitectonica designed the 36-story tower, while Hirsch Bedner is handling interior design. The project is slated for a late 2016 completion.
