28 Cottage Street, a 20-story, 166-unit building with two floors of offices, 1,021 sq ft of retail and no parking, had its permits issued today:
This one is part of the Homestead Place extension project, which will see 7 towers between 18 and 27 floors rise just north of the Journal Sq station.
