Parking lot at the corner of Morris & Van Vorst Street was torn up and construction has started. Looks like based on the zoning approval I found they plan to build 6 2 family townhouses on this site.

This project is huge - they have already demo’d the existing back structure. From today. And a rendering of the finished project. Photo source.
