There was a fire at the construction site last night. I can’t find any news coverage on it, so not sure how bad the damage was. Looks like the site was empty for the night so hopefully no one was hurt.

They are so confident the second tower will be leased quickly that they plan on starting construction on the third tower right after the second one finishes. That’s a lot of units. Also, yikes, don’t go down into the comments section on this article.

As for the article, I wonder if they’ll really follow through on completing both towers in one go. I’d love to see the project fully completed but that’s an ambitious amount of leases.
