Jersey city is looking pretty impressive in of itself now.

Quite close. But yes from a visualization standpoint. Good catch! 30 Hudson being 781 ft, so I’d say in essence yes, if not 5% more.

Pretty cool. I wonder what new places this will be visible from in Jersey.

Its quite dominant from Journal Square in JC. Due to the topography (hills), it appears much bigger, likewise for 30 Hudson Street. You can see it from certain sections in Newark. A booming JC is good for the aesthetics of Lower Manhattan. Makes the skyline mass that much deeper and adds depth to it. You’d almost be hard pressed to forget that there’s a river between the two.

Were living in great times my friend. We have to bask in the ambience. :beers:

The tip of the crane’s book should be at around 1,000 feet high when the tower is topped
