In 2016, this site was slated for a 5-story, 16-unit building with ground floor retail. In 2018, plans grew to an 8-story building with 32 units.
Now the plan is a 29-story residential building consisting of 160 units and ancillary amenity space.
No car parking, but 80 bike parking. No renderings yet.

I would think the M & T Bank drive thru and parking lot to the south of this property would be developed as well.
The M&T site was recently sold, but I am not sure which developer bought it. It is zoned for a 51-story tower. The county owns the garage next door on the Hoboken Ave side, which is also zoned for 51 stories, and there have been discussions of combining the M&T site and the county site.
Would make sense to fold 616 Summit into the M&T site too since 616 Summit can only build 29 stories as a standalone site, but they seem intent on going forward on their own.
