I also just swung by there. Did this building top out? it looks like they are pouring concrete today on a smaller section than the footprint of the main tower

Apparently basic fact checking was missed by that MHS post author. This isnt even the 3rd tallest in Downtown Jersey City (99 Hudson, Godman Sachs, and URBY are all taller). A basic check would tell you it will be the 7th or 8th tallest in NJ when completed…
Edit: Looks like more like 10th or 11th

It’s a shame that a building this tall and prominent will be so boringly shaped and pockmarked with ptacs. Truly the turd in the punchbowl! Should be shipped off to LIC, where at least it would have the benefit of being contextual.
