Two (2) phased development: Phase 1 – A new forty-seven (47) story mixed use development containing 863 residential dwelling units (87 of which are affordable residential units), 26 hotel rooms, ground floor retail, amenities and other improvements; Phase 2 - New forty-seven story (47) mixed use development containing 654 residential dwelling units (66 of which are affordable residential units), 15 hotel rooms, ground floor retail, amenities and other improvements (jointly, the “Project”). The Project is eligible for the proposed building height through two (2) additional floors pursuant to the Commercial Use Bonus and up to twenty (20) additional floors pursuant to the affordable housing accommodations within the Journal Square 2060 Redevelopment Plan Affordable Housing Mandatory Requirements.

More details and renderings from the application. 540 feet tall, 1,517 units. Retail along the pedestrian walkway between the buildings (called Homestead Market).

I did a quick writeup highlighting how this project extends the pedestrian walkway network in Journal Square (the right end of the blue line below).

No need to read it, there are no original details in it other than tthis diagram. But just including it here in case anyone wants the link anyway.
