Two (2) phased development: Phase 1 – A new forty-seven (47) story mixed use development containing 863 residential dwelling units (87 of which are affordable residential units), 26 hotel rooms, ground floor retail, amenities and other improvements; Phase 2 - New forty-seven story (47) mixed use development containing 654 residential dwelling units (66 of which are affordable residential units), 15 hotel rooms, ground floor retail, amenities and other improvements (jointly, the “Project”).
