Also, interesting that the abstract massing for the Homestead “End-Cap” building is clearly taller than this one. Looks around ~350ft or so. Hopefully they release some renders for that as well soon.

If you’re talking about 701 Newark, the elevations and axonometric drawings have been out for a while and it was already approved by the Planning Board last August. The height is 402 ft.

UPDATE Aug 11 2023: The project now has 360 apartments, 2,979 sq ft retail, no parking. ORIGINAL POST: This project depends on an upzoning tied to provision of affordable housing. 336 apartments, 45 parking spots (replacing the current city-owned spaces on the lot), 2979 sq ft retail.
