A construction permit was submitted for this one today. Doesn’t mean it’s going to start yet (probably at least a couple months), but a sign the project is moving along and getting close to the start line.

The construction permits for this building were issued today. It’s been a long ride, but maybe they’ll finally get started soon, after the false start in 2020.

No movement in a year and a half since the permit…until 3 months ago. A crane company received an FAA permit in January to put a construction crane on the site, beginning April 15 of this year until October 15 of next year. Not sure whether it’ll happen but at least it’s not totally dead.
