How interesting Chicago has become.

Once the Willis Tower, and now this?

Where’s the next supertall?

Floors are topped out, but the tower itself isn’t.

The structure is currently up to the seventh terraces, with some open space on the north side. I’m sure thats for the benefit of mechanical space, and I presume we’ll see a steel structure complete the crown. Like the similarly stepped up 111 West 57th

Yes, that must be the 851-foot North Tower; it’s taller than the South Tower, which is 765 feet.

Any idea how sales are going and when / if they kick off phase 2. I think it’s a worthy addition and pretty high quality. Wish it were 100 feet taller but when both are done the scale will be appropriate for the site. Kudos to related on getting this done…hoping for success.
