According to a user on SSP, he was saying that 215 North Michigan and 170 North are nothing more than pre-concept speculative feasibility studies.
Hopefully something rises here and 170 N Green Street. But at least we have the threads so if anything changes, can always be modified down the line.

“We really don’t have any plans at the moment,” he said. “But we control it now and I don’t have to worry about someone putting up a 100-story building 10 feet from our property lines.”
Ew, hate that they are essentially killing any potential for development on such a great site.
