Finally
The August is open

730 Commerce Drive, Fairfield
55-57 Greens Farms Road
Westport, Connecticut
The development calls for the three-story, 60,000-square-foot southern office building, which is #57 and closest to Greens Farms Road, to be demolished and replaced by a 250-unit residential development. The residential development would include a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and 30 percent would be set aside as affordable housing.
The northern office building, #55 and also three stories and 60,000 square feet, would undergo exterior and interior renovations.
Downtown Shelton Update:
113 Canal St (4 Floors, 30 apartments, 8350 s.f. retail) is complete. Brickwork is quite nice in person. The vacant lot to the southeast was converted to parking. At least three of the storefronts are already leased even though they aren’t finished yet.
113-123 Canal Street (Five floors, 92 apartments, ~11,000 s.f. retail and 205 parking spaces) has finally restarted construction after about a year of delays to fix problems with the environmental remediation.
126 Howe Avenue that @Waymond_Womano mentioned previously (Five floors, 36 condos) has been withdrawn.
62 Center St / 325 Coram Ave has been proposed for 3 floors, 18 apartments, ground-floor retail, and 22 parking spaces (though that count includes a gravel parking lot being renovated), and is working its way through the approval process with Shelton Planning & Zoning.
The vacant lots to the north on Canal Street are progressing in environmental remediation but there’s nothing really to take pictures of at the moment.
