The old power plant that can be seen while driving on I-95 through central Bridgeport will be torn down. The area will be redeveloped.

Maybe the worst place in Fairfield to put a housing development. No commercial amenities nearby, directly next to the Merritt.

The only places these developments should be going are on Post Road or near the Metro North stops.
