Will the roof structure be constructed out of steel?

Great video! Looking at this live cam, it seems the glass has almost reached the top while they’re still working on the parapet:

Waterline from many vantage points has taken its lesson from the Empire State Building: Separate, willing to suffer a bit of height nearby, yet probably forever unencroachable.
With the insane growth in the past decade alone, I’d say it’s probably another 10-20 years tops before something taller gets built
