More development needs to happen across the River. Time to make it Miami-esque over there. Skyscrapers and supertalls rising on both sides.

I hope the skyline stays centralized. They should add height to it but not width.
Something like this as a concept for a skyline 20 years from now or so. Centralized looks better to me than sprawling across the river.

This is way off. You have Waterline in the Colorado River, it should be next to The Quincy.
