They are keeping the old buildings on yonge instead of taking them down and part will be built on top.
As of yesterday when I walked by, they had finished the mat and I think what we see in the pics is fresh concrete on the 2nd below ground floor? Or maybe this is the bottom/mat. By the time I get back to Toronto early summer I expect this to be out of the ground.
