PROJECT SUMMARY
A 16-story tower on the west and a five-story podium on the eastern two-thirds of this site will provide 66,965 sq. ft. of market-rate housing in the burgeoning Mission Bay District. The Type I and III complex will house 162 one-bedroom units, 111 two-bedroom units, 273 parking spaces, a fitness center and a community room.
