Great to see the progress on the 2nd tower. With the recent announcement for an addition 115 units at 23rd & Cherry plus the Giant supermarket . . . This will become a nice hub of density and activity.

Looks like they are already starting to finish up on the most complicated floors on the south tower-maybe this thing will start shooting up fairly soon?

Yup, they have one more level to make on the base of the south tower, then the residential floors will rise

Nice! That picture really captures all the cool lights lining the Schuylkill, with FMC and One Riverside. PECO has to dim those lights a little bit though…
