Philly has come a long way this century. If the current pace of development keeps up it won’t be long till LA is surpassed. (at least in terms of a downtown skyline)
that depends on the success of the 30th Street Station Redevelopment, where the two outstanding supertalls could sprout. Central Philly is dense, but they don’t often build tall. We would be lucky to see anything else taller than 700’ in our lifetimes.
