The fences have extended beyond what is in the last photo here, taking over the sidewalk and maybe part of the street. I don’t know when that was done, but yes, that could be a sign they’re preparing to resume work here.

…and now those fences have come back down. Apparently this is on indefinite hold.
Perhaps they realized that apartments less than 50 feet from a very active helipad might be a tough sell.

Maybe. Triple glaze windows can work wonders but there might be vibrations also searchlights.

Oh that project is not happening. The permits have expired and regulations have changed. They would need a new design.
