Cheap, mediocre, and ugly.
Honestly, many are tired of you constantly hyping these ugly buildings just because they’re tall, and dismissing any criticism with these idiotic arguments !
I don’t care if some other, mediocre city would be happy to receive a supertall, THIS is ugly !!
Zip it up afterwards.

Ugly is a stretch, especially considering the building is far from finished. The cladding can be described as average or “mid”, but it’s not ugly.

This was discussed previously elsewhere (or I think it mightve been for this tower), but the axons in the zoning documents vary in level of detail from project to project. This one however is accurate to the building design.
