I didn’t have that impression but there were a ton of packages behind the reception desk, which isn’t a good look. I would think any design would have included a closet large enough to store these in.

Maybe that’s my impression just from the photos. At any rate yes especially in new construction you need a ton of storage for packages. They’re talking about adding an etagere in my lobby for this.

Looks like a couple of panels & sills from 2 of the windows were missing, or else the originals were damaged somehow and needed replacing.
