This is such a nice tower.

There a few of these dark colored buildings going up currently; they are not a typical color choice - but look quite nice. The NYC airborne soot will not need to be ‘power washed’ as often as the typical lighter colored buildings; that is a practical benefit regarding the upkeep and maintenance factor of the building.

This is another one of those ‘total package’ architectural designs: excellence in both form & function.

Agree. It is a nice piece of architecture. Dark color here came out better than the Wall Street Tower.
