this, 277 Fifth and 126 Madison are seriously great skyline additions. Reaching new heights in NoMad with excellent designs.
Nice contrast of the old and new in these shots.

This tower is definitely something out of the 1930/40s

This rates ‘best’ on the good/better/best scale of beauty. Most importantly: this is not an ‘all glass’ curtain wall. The all glass curtain walls are almost always a VE move: pour reinforced concrete superstructure - then tack on flat glass panels top-to-bottom.
This not only has some solid material on the facade other than glass: those metal panels have beautifully detailed patterns embossed on the surface. This sort of thing adds both cost in materials, and significant additional cost in time/effort to assemble the facade.
Great to see this: and given all the attention and accolade these efforts get on the various architecture forums - I am sure it is well worth the added expense.

It’s still hard for me to get used to this area filling up with towers.
Very elegant.
This building is pretty nice, I just wish the initial setback from the street went up to the same floor as the cantilever.
This tower is GORGEOUS!
Gorgeous!!!
