Still not complete. They are still working on the entrance (if they are working at all- maybe it is stalled near the finish line).

The building is unfinished, never sold any units and will be auctioned off next week.

The deed has been transferred in lieu of auction.
Another one of his developments, a half-built condo at 534 W. 29th St., also ran afoul of lenders over a defaulted mortgage and was scheduled to be auctioned off to the highest bidder in October to settle the debt.
Instead, Gabsi reached an agreement with the firm that held the debt, Highline Heights, that required he hand over the keys to the 9-story, six-unit development—a move known as a deed in lieu of foreclosure—court filings show.
