604 Union Street
Blue Sky Builders has filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings for a new
9-story mixed-use residential development at 604 Union Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn, replacing the former Dinosaur Bar-B-Que property. The application, submitted on May 21, 2026, calls for 85 residential units, ground-floor retail space, resident amenities, rooftop recreation space, bicycle storage, and limited parking.The proposed building will rise approximately 95 feet and contain 85 Class A apartments distributed across floors two through nine.
As of early June 2026, the project remains under review by the Department of Buildings and has not yet received construction permits.

Well it looks like its not going to be that rough cast stone look for the facade and structure @175 Third.
