I’d assume but for the giant piece of podium that’s missing because of the construction elevator!

I’d argue that the crown on 1717 Broadway is better, and that’s just a glass elongated cube with opaque glass

If this building had glass like that on at least two sides, and a half-decent crown (or just a non-terrible one), it really could have been a stunner. Oh well! Street level is nice though.
